Seller Resources

Times are changing and you’re thinking about moving the family into a new home. But before you start searching for your next dream home, you’ll need to figure out when you’re going to sell your existing home. Typically in New Orleans the wrong time to sell is the Holiday season and the best is the Spring, but for the past two years things have not trended in this direction. Most traditional “rules” for selling have not held true, and a number of our clients in the past 2 years have even bought/sold their homes the middle of August.

Our listing process:
-First we like 2 or more members of the TMG team to see your home, this helps with determining the best listing price and our marketing plan.
-While seeing your home we also like to give you a to-do list for picture and listing day.
-Pictures, we schedule and take care of professional photos, we also bring items like flowers, plants, and extra throw pillows to get your home looking its best.
-We prepare the listing, make a marketing plan, and discuss your property amongst our broad network of agents to get your listing maximum exposure.
-We filter offers, get through inspections, and get you to the closing with as little or as much involvement as you want.

Listing your home should not be stressful and we try to make the process as easy as possible. Here are a couple of notable listings we had in 2020.

We staged with a local designer, listed, and had 2362 Camp Street under contract in 24 days.
This Jefferson Street duplex was on the market 5 days with multiple offers in the height of Covid lockdown.
We sold this Camp Street townhouse virtually, the buyers did not see the property until closing day!
This Old Metairie stunner was on the market less than a week.
