Welcome to Sell Find Design!

Welcome to my first blog post! Spring of 2020 will go down in history as the most time any of us has spent in our homes. Ever. What better time to reflect on how we buy, sell and create homes?

I must admit, I got into real estate for all the wrong reasons…or so I was told. The first day of real estate class – in the old days when you went to a classroom with a book – the teacher warned, “If any of you are here because you like architecture and want to sell pretty houses, you should leave now.”

That was me. A New Orleans native with a BA in Fine Art from Colorado College, I was there because I wanted to look at pretty houses! But I also have a head for business, so I followed through and became a realtor in 2004.

I quickly discovered a clear need in the real estate market to better service our clients through design. It can maximize a seller’s investment and realize a buyer’s dream. Once I recognized that space is my best medium, Sell. Find. Design. was born.

From floorplans to finishes, I combine a designer’s imagination with a contractor’s pragmatism to maximize the investment and the livability of a home. That skillset and a keen sense of my clients’ needs and style have resulted in happy, livable homes throughout the city.

Follow our blog while we (Hayley Bumpas, Kristen Nelson, and I)…
